Engineering Manager
Job Duties:
Developing social media platform for managing user-generated content; Providing architecture for Semantic analysis of social data; Developing LAMP based applications for SezWho’s platform for managing community and web reputation; Developing algorithms for content discovery of social data; Architecting solutions for massive scalability using the LAMP platform; Managing customer interactions for custom development; Providing technical estimates for integrations with custom platforms; Managing off-shore development team (India), Travel to India is required; and Communicating with customers via company blog and support forums.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field. The position also requires five years of progressive experience in the job offered or a related occupation(s). Must have knowledge of Java, Oracle, LAMP, Internet protocols, architecture, Webservices & blogging frameworks, and other social sharing sites, RSS/Atom; and search engines, Information retrieval, text analysis, Natural language processing.
